Atlee hill took excellent care of our grandfather as he recovered from hip surgery. The staff kindly called after he was sent home to follow up. They were very communicative and kept us up to date on his care. As well as welcomed our grandmother as she visited him all day, every day. We are so grateful!

My 5 week stay at Atlee Hill was a positive experience, and I’m very grateful for the care I received there. Every aspect of the facility exceeded my expectations—from the attentive staff to the clean, comfortable environment.
The nursing staff and GNA’s were incredible—consistently kind, professional, and responsive. They always took the time to make sure I was comfortable, answered my questions with patience, and responded quickly whenever I needed help. Their attention to detail and genuine compassion made a huge difference in my recovery.
I also can’t say enough about the therapy team. Both physical and occupational therapists were outstanding—knowledgeable, motivating, patient, and encouraging. They created a plan tailored to my specific needs and helped me make steady progress, always with a positive attitude.
The administration team was equally impressive. Everything was handled smoothly—from admissions and care planning to communication with my family and insurance. They were organized, approachable, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns.
The overall environment at Atlee Hill is clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and family oriented. My room was kept tidy, and the common areas were welcoming. I always felt like I was in a safe and caring place where my health and comfort were a priority.
What truly stood out to me was how attentive everyone was to my personal needs—both big and small. I never felt like just another patient.
If you or a loved one are considering a stay at Atlee Hill, I can confidently say you’re in excellent hands.

I have been here twice for rehab. PT twice a day and great for what I needed. Staff was courteous and friendly. Food was high quality for a nursing home. If I have to go to a nursing home, I want it to be Atlee Hill.

We recently had the opportunity to experience Atlee Skilled Nursing Home and Rehab and I wanted to share our experience.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The facility is well-maintained, with bright and inviting common areas that are designed to make residents feel at home. The layout is spacious, allowing for easy mobility, and there are plenty of comfortable seating areas where residents can socialize or relax.
The staff at Atlee truly stand out. They are not only professional but also compassionate and attentive. During our visit, we observed caregivers interacting with the residents with genuine kindness and respect. They took the time to listen to us, making sure are needs were met both physically and emotionally.
The activities program is impressive, offering a variety of options that cater to different interests and abilities. From arts and crafts to exercise classes and game nights, there is always something happening to keep residents engaged and active.
Another highlight is the dining experience. The meals are freshly prepared and offer a good variety of options, catering to dietary restrictions.
Overall, we highly recommend Atlee Nursing Home for anyone seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their loved ones. The combination of caring staff, engaging activities, and a comfortable living space truly makes it stand out as a top choice in nursing care.

My mom has been at Atlee Hill since August of 2024. She started off in rehab and ended up in long term care. It has been a blessing for myself and her. She is well taken care of and enjoys everybody out there and the activities they offer. She cannot walk and is confined to a wheelchair but travels everywhere in nursing home in her wheelchair. In my house she could not have done that. She does have dementia and they understand and just appreciate who she is. This is the facility has far exceeded my expectations of a nursing home. It is wonderful and the staff is very caring and loving to every resident there. I am happy and at ease that mom resides there.

My sister is a rehab patient at Atlee Hill. Our experience has been nothing but positive. From the very beginning, even before she was actually transferred from the hospital, everyone has been professional and caring. The admissions coordinator, Kathy, is the first person I dealt with. She was kind, caring and compassionate. Once my sister was transferred, every person we have dealt with at Atlee Hill has been exceptional. The nursing care, personal care, physical and occupational therapy have all been excellent.

My mother recently stayed at Atlee Hill at the rehabilitation center. The nursing staff was wonderful, always checking in to see if she needed anything. She also thought that the PT OT staff were great. There were some activities every day, they have an on site beauty salon and a room with puzzles, books and games. They are doing a great job.

I CANNOT say enough good things about Atlee Hill. My father in law was there for rehab. Before going there we had a tour and the facility was so clean and bright. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Jackie and Kathy. They both made it an easy experience for our family. We highly recommend this beautiful facility. Thank you Jackie for everything you did for us.

My father was here for about 4 weeks for rehabilitation for his back. He enjoyed almost everyone he worked with to help him get back in his feet. He loved everyone of the physical therapists and most of the nursing staff. We were there regularly to visit and everyone was always so nice and accommodating. It was wonderful to have a rehab so close to the hospital and the cancer center since he also had to receive chemo treatments every Monday. They always made sure he was at his apt on time.
When it was time to discharge the staff was very good with communication with my father and the family so we could all work together to get him home and to continue his rehabilitation at home with some home care!
We would not hesitate to use this place again!

Atlee Hill has been taking great care of my sister as she recovers from injuries sustained in a car crash. The physical and occupational therapy team is working with her to help her regain her independence and return home. My sister is disabled, and the team is working with her special needs as she continues to grow stronger. Her room is comfortable, and she says the meals are to her liking, with special requests acknowledged and fulfilled. I would recommend Atlee Hill for anyone needing rehabilitative therapy following surgeries or injuries.

My mom has had a relatively good experience here. She did want to call out two excellent nurses, Stacy and Lisa, who have been really wonderful to her. She said they are always there when she needs something, very compassionate, respectful and kind to her.

Dear Loretta,
I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and compassion that is provided by Karen, a nurses aide to my mom.
I understand that in this field, the complaints outweigh the appreciations of what your staff endures everyday caring for our most vulnerable, the seniors. Which is why it was important for me to take this time to shine a light on one of your employees, Karen.
Karen’s dedication and willingness to go above and beyond truly makes a remarkable difference in both my mother’s life and in my life.
It is comforting to know that even when I am unable to be present with my mom, I know when Karen works; she is in capable hands. For example, I was unable to make it to the fourth of July celebration and I felt horrible! Karen assured me that mom had a great time and enjoyed the time with her Atlee Hill friends and family. Just knowing this, made me feel so much better. This commitment to ensure my moms comfort and well-being does not go unnoticed. Karen’s genuine care shines through in every action she takes, and for that, I am immensely grateful.
The little things she does for my mom makes a world of difference to me. Her attentiveness to her needs, just knowing when she is tired and ready for bed, or if she needs more water. Singing songs with my mom and making her laugh is more than words can describe. Her warm presence provides mom with solace and reassurance and gives me peace.
Karen’s dedication to my mom as well as the other residence can not be emphasized enough by all that SEE HER WORK AND VALUE.
I want to express my deepest gratitude for the unwavering support, especially during these challenging times. Her presence has made a significant difference in my mother’s life, and her kindness has not gone unnoticed. Karen’s efforts are seen and greatly appreciated. Her compassion and dedication in a field that is often under-appreciated, is a testament to the caliber of employee you have on the Atlee Hill team. There is no doubt that she will leave an indelible mark on the lives she comes in contact with. I know she has made a mark on both my mother’s life and mine.
Karen is a shining example of what it means to be a compassionate and dedicated nurse’s aid and for that, I am truly grateful.
Best,
Janet

I’ve been a patient at Atlee Hill for 5 weeks and have had a good experience. The aides during the day and evening are all fabulous and responsive, however I can not say the same of the night shift aides. Nurses, PT, OT, and NPR have been great and a wealth of information as well. Would recommend the place.

After a month in the hospital, I was at Atlee Hill for over a month . Other than a contract worker or two (not Atlee employees) the staff was very good, both professional and compassionate. The night staff was not as good as the day staff, but mostly just fine. PT, OT, activities staff, etc. were excellent, both personable and diligent. I would definitely recommend Atlee Hill and sincerely doubt that many of the more negative revewers would have been any more pleased with other rehab facilities.
