Recommended visiting hours are 11am- 9p during the week and 11am- 6pm during the weekend.

Therapy begins within 24- 48 hours after admission.  Sessions are generally around 30- 45 minutes, 5 days per week.  We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

We prefer no overnight guests.  Our residents need adequate rest as part of their recovery.  Furthermore, we do not provide amenities for guests.

Insurance allows residents to leave the facility for essential appointments related to the condition being treated during the time of admission.  Therapeutic visits may also be permitted by the facility provider but the general rule of thumb is to stay at the building until treatment is complete.  Insurance thinks if you are well enough to leave the facility then you don’t need to be here.

No. We do not have transportation.  If the resident has an appointment or needs transportation upon discharge, there will be additional costs.  You will be referred to the transport provider to make those arrangements.

No.  We use quarter rails, if the provider and therapy team recommend them for bed mobility only.  They are not used to prevent falls or keep someone in bed.

No. We do not provide 1:1. We do provide individualized assessments and interventions that focus on getting the resident stronger and reduce falls as well as limit injuries from falls.
